UCF is seeking to improve on the 63 yards it is averaging through 2 games.

Whenever you hear UCF Coach George O'Leary talk about running the football, a few phrases invariably come up -- finishing blocks, contact speed, hidden yardage.

While the advantage of finishing blocks is self-explanatory, contact speed and hidden yardage -- yards gained after the initial hit -- are the things O'Leary says ultimately make or break a team's rushing attack. So far this season, the Golden Knights have had trouble mastering O'Leary's troika for rushing success.

UCF has 126 total rushing yards through two games; last season, that number was 128.
