Like all Broncos kid receivers in recent years, Brandon Marshall can refer to Rod Smith as his mentor.

"I call him Coach," Marshall said.

Coach works, too.

But the rookie from Central Florida is different from previous Broncos receivers who deferred to Smith. Marshall has gone even higher for his pass-catching education, at least according to the NFL all-time receptions list.
