It's early morning and UCF's football team is just starting to trickle onto the practice field.

In the players' parking lot between the field and main football complex, there are all the kinds of cars you'd expect to see college-age kids driving. There are classic dependable sedans, a few rough and rugged pickup trucks, and even a few modified sport cars.

But gaze across any of the two rows and there is only one vehicle that sticks out.

The old-school Chevy Caprice Classic is neon purple, trimmed in chrome and set off by its tinted windows.
