With just two more days left until its make-or-break meeting with Tulsa, the pace at practice continues to be at a high.
UCF worked out for the second straight day this week in full pads Wednesday, the first time the Knights have gone in full pads since early August. Noting that the change is "only about two more pads," Coach George O'Leary shrugged off the idea that it made that much of a difference.
But the players said the mood has definitely changed this week.
It's been our focus all year, but we're really doing it this week," junior S Sha'reff Rashad said. "We're locking in and picking up the pace."
