UCF 31-UAB 22: Wilcox invited to walk with Senior Day honorees

It didn't erase the pain of not being able to suit up alongside his teammates, but Dontavius Wilcox was back with his teammates Saturday.

A Rockledge product, Wilcox was one of 21 seniors honored in UCF's pregame Senior Day activities. It was one of his first times back on the Florida Citrus Bowl field since he decided not to play this fall because of a degenerative left-knee condition with which he struggled during the 2005 season.

Wilcox wore his No. 20 jersey and was escorted by members of his family in the Senior Day walk.
