ENGLEWOOD — The vision struck Brandon Marshall as he paced the Denver Broncos sideline.
His team was in trouble, down a touchdown against the Seattle Seahawks with a little less than three minutes left. As the rookie wide receiver waited to take the field, he closed his eyes, and saw himself making the game-saving play.

He needed one routine throw from rookie Jay Cutler to make the thought real. Marshall made the catch, spun, broke two tackles and sprinted 71 yards to the end zone.

“When you’re a kid, sitting in your room at night, that’s the kind of play you envision yourself making some day,” Marshall said. “For some reason, I knew it was going to happen before it happened.”
