Golden Knights Fall Short Against Minnesota: 74-63

MINNEAPOLIS (www.ucfathletics.com) - Despite 22 points off of the bench from sophomore guard Jermaine Taylor (Tavares, Fla./Tavares), the UCF men's basketball team dropped a 74-63 contest to host Minnesota at Williams Arena on Tuesday evening. The Golden Knights (6-1) were playing on the road for the first time this season.

The Golden Gophers, who improved to 5-7 with the victory, shot 50 percent from the floor for the game, compared to 33.9 percent for UCF.
