With only three receivers on the 2007 roster with any significant game experience last season, the UCF coaching staff will be taking a hard look early at some of its younger faces in search of giving senior QB Kyle Israel another dependable pair of hands.
There are several candidates, including some true freshmen, to fill the slot created by the departure of Mike Walker to the NFL. But who that person will be won't be known for awhile, Knights Coach George O'Leary said Friday.
"I think you'll see a little more when you put pads on, but some of the freshmen, they've got great concentration," O'Leary said.
