George O'Leary is pleased with the Knights' progress through 3 games.
A tough four-game stretch in October that includes trips to rival USF and preseason Conference USA East Division favorite Southern Miss is just a few weeks down the road.
But with three weeks gone in the 2007 season, UCF Coach George O'Leary is pleased with the direction his team is heading, particularly so after a 56-20 thumping of Memphis on Saturday.
The Knights are 2-1 for the first time since 1998 and are receiving votes in both the Associated Press and USA Today coaches' polls for the first time since the final three weeks of 2005.
