UCF 37- ULL 19: Smith carries Knights to win

ORLANDO -- Kevin Smith doesn't mind putting his UCF teammates on his back. It's certainly strong enough to carry the load.

Smith tore through the Louisiana-Lafayette defense Saturday night for 223 yards -- his second 200-yard rushing game of the season -- and scored three touchdowns as the Knights rolled to a 37-19 victory over the Ragin' Cajuns at Bright House Networks Stadium.

However, Smith's big night was overshadowed somewhat by the fact that, on his 33rd and final carry of the evening, with just over 11 minutes to play, UCF's workhorse back stayed on the turf for a couple of minutes.
