Knights' Israel gets motivation
ORLANDO -- There are ways to motivate, and then there are ways to motivate.
In the estimation of UCF quarterback Kyle Israel, some Knights fans took that just a step too far last week.
Following an embarrassing 64-12 loss to then No. 5 South Florida, Israel received death threats via "letters and an unflattering note on my car."
The threats were in response to Israel's poor outing against the Bulls, in which he completed only 5 of 11 passes for 13 yards and was replaced by sophomore Michael Greco in the second quarter.
