Consistency a key for UTEP offense

While UTEP has struggled on defense, it's been solid on offense this year, and that's reflected by the starting lineups UTEP has used.

Only 14 different players have started on offense, a list that includes Donald Buckram starting the opener in place of a suspended Marcus Thomas, and Tufick Shadrawy earning his first start this past week in place of an injured Lorne Sam.

The other extra starter is Fred Rouse, who has been on the field for the first snap when UTEP has gone with a four-receiver set.
