ORLANDO - For the University of Central Florida's beleaguered defense, this could be the equivalent of pouring gasoline on an already raging fire.

And for a Golden Knights season already on life support, the mix might be a lethal one.

UCF's defense, ranked 112th in the country in yards allowed (416.9) and 103rd in points allowed (30.7), today will try to stop a University of Houston offense that is eighth in the nation in passing yards (308.4), 10th in total yards (440.1) and 19th in scoring (31.8).
