This year's recruiting class may have been all about getting some speed in the linebacking corps and secondary, but early recruiting classes under Coach George O'Leary were centered on beefing up the defensive line.

And while some additions up front have yet to see a lot of game action, some older recruits now are being looked at to contribute in a big way.

First-year defensive line Coach Jim Panagos arrived in time for the spring and said that he's already seen a lot of improvement.
