Following one of UCF's most lackluster offensive performances of the season in its 23-10 loss to East Carolina last week, Knights Coach George O'Leary reinserted senior QB Steven Moffett as the starter Saturday against Memphis.

Moffett didn't disappoint early on, completing his first nine passes for 165 yards and two touchdowns. The Knights scored on each of their first two drives Saturday, marking the first time they'd scored on their opening drive this season.

Moffett, who made his first start since the Knights' 52-7 loss to Pittsburgh on Oct. 13, had previously completed his first 10 passes against Villanova in UCF's season-opening 35-16 win.
