THE BUZZ: This is the first road game of the season for UCF, the latest the Knights have debuted on the road since the 1987-88 season. They face a struggling Gophers team that has lost seven of their past nine and is playing under interim coach Jim Molinari following the resignation of Dan Monson. UCF continues to be paced by sophomore sixth man Jermaine Taylor (17.5 ppg). The Gophers aren't as physically imposing as some of their Big Ten counterparts, but they do have a feisty guard in Oklahoma transfer Lawrence McKenzie (17.4 ppg). Former Lyman standout Limar Wilson is a key member of Minnesota's backcourt.
