George O'Leary has only coached Central Florida three years, and already the program looks transformed.
It has a new $55 million, on-campus stadium opening this fall, a state-of-the-art indoor practice facility and even a new nickname - the Knights, no longer Golden.
Now all UCF needs is wins.
"I think it's really the last piece of the puzzle as far as this program is concerned," O'Leary said of the stadium. "We're at that stage where I expect to win and be a program that wins consistently. That's the sign of a program that's growing in the right direction. That's my expectations."
