Travis Timmons has just left a bucket of sweat, a tape recorder full of trash talk and almost every iota of his energy in the University of Central Florida weight room. But he doesn't care. He's ready to put on the pads right now.

"I can't wait for the season," said Timmons, a sophomore defensive tackle at UCF. "During the Spring, our d-line shut out the o-line every day until the last (scrimmage) when they got a touchdown. We want to go up and play (opening game opponent) N.C. State today."
