Close not enough for Knights

ORLANDO - University of Central Florida coach George O'Leary isn't satisfied with his Knights' close-but-not-good-enough upset bid of the sixth-ranked Texas Longhorns. As evidence of that he's about to dramatically alter UCF's offense.
Kyle Israel had a touchdown run and pass in Saturday's 35-32 heartbreaking loss to Texas, but the senior quarterback also threw an interception and had two fumbles that led to 17 Texas points. O'Leary also wasn't happy with UCF's conversion rate on third down (3-of-15), something that kept the Knights' defense on the field for 90 plays.
Israel will most likely remain the starter next Saturday when UCF (1-1) hosts the University of Memphis (1-1), but North Carolina State transfer Michael Greco is also expected to see significant time at quarterback for the Knights.
