Team acquainted with new venue

They got a sneak preview of it in the preseason when they took their team picture inside their new on-campus venue, but Tuesday marked another stadium-related first for UCF's football team.

With their certificate of occupancy finally in hand, Coach George O'Leary took his team inside Bright House Networks stadium for the first time to practice, working out on the field for the final five segments.

O'Leary, who said the visit was for both mental and physical acquaintance, said the team will try to have at least one more walkthrough on the new field before Saturday's meeting with Texas.
