Culpepper is AFC offensive Player of the Week

Oakland Raiders quarterback and Vanguard High School graduate Daunte Culpepper was the NFL's offensive Player of the Week in the AFC for Week 4 of the season.

Culpepper threw for two touchdowns and rushed for three in Sunday's 35-17 victory over Miami. He was filling in for starter Josh McCown, who has a broken toe. Earlier this week, Raiders coach Lane Kiffin would not commit to keeping Culpepper on as the starter after a bye week.
