Defense recovering depth at linebacker

With a month gone in '07, UCF is recovering depth at the linebacker position.

The Knights started with some uncertainty with junior Jordan Richards out for the year with an injured shoulder and after the loss of projected starters Chance Henderson (knee sprain) and Cory Hogue (hamstring) in the weeks leading up to N.C. State.

Henderson and Hogue are back in the starting lineup and defensive coordinator John Skladany has found dependable youngsters in freshman Derrick Hallman, Lawrence Young and Darius Nall.
