Leavitt ignores criticism of team

South Florida might be ranked No. 5 in the nation, but it isn't exactly getting much love.
Coach Jim Leavitt said he doesn't pay attention to the criticism his Bulls (5-0) have received from the media.
Alabama Coach Nick Saban criticized the Bulls, saying that the team was only using players who couldn't qualify academically anywhere else. Television analyst and former Miami coach Jimmy Johnson said on national television that the Bulls didn't deserve to be a top-5 team and would get crushed by any number of other teams.

Leavitt snidely joked that the only things he was concerned with were which of the three USF hats he owns he would wear to practice each day and the USF punting game.
